South African Tourism has urged South Africans to, while visiting their family this festive season, visit and support local tourist attractions and businesses.
The organization pleaded with President Cyril Ramaphosa not to implement stricter lockdown measures over the Christmas holidays .
SA Tourism board-member, Thebe Ikalafeng says the industry has already lost millions of Rand in revenue due to recent the travel bans imposed on South Africa.
