Ingredients

  • • ½ a large ripe banana
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • honey to taste.
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, buttermilk or coconut milk
  • ½ cup milk

TOPPINGS: Choose your favourite toppings
• Berries chopped plums
• Granadilla
• Fresh or preserved figs
• Caremelized nuts
• Pumpkin seeds
• Sunflower seeds
• Museli
• Extra yoghurt
• Fruit purees
• Chopped dates

1. Method Mash the banana in a bowl with the oats, chia seeds if using, honey, yoghurt and milk, mix well to combine, chill overnight
2. In the morning check the consistency abd thin down if you want it to be more runny.
3. Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
