Boerewors breakfast just seems to roll off the tongue so that’s what we decided to do going into the weekend. Tyron Adams was recently crowned the winner of the 2023 Shoprite and Checkers Championship Boerewors competition. He brought all the flavour with his visit to the Ryan O’Connor Breakfast Show.

Tyron says everyone in his hometown of Wellington is proud. Thanks to his recipe he wins a brand-new Toyota Fortuner, R20 000 in cash and the bragging rights of being crowned SA’s boerewors champion. It’s a well deserved title…just look at the expressions it brought out in studio.
