The show is finally here! Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark are live in Cape Town this week for their Greatest Hits South Africa tour and we can’t wait! Ryan caught up with Andy from OMD who is elated to be heading back to the Mother City.

eVOID return to SA to support OMD

Direct from London – the legendary eVOID are back in South Africa for a double-city support tour for Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark. The ‘Taximan’ and ‘Shadows’ hitmakers formed in 1977 on the East Rand of South Africa. The group consisted of Lucien Windrich (guitar and vocals), Erik Windrich (keyboards and lead vocals), Danny de Wet (drums) and Terry Andalis (bass).

Phil de Lange is the producer of the Ryan O'Connor Breakfast show and has been with Smile 90.4FM since it's inception in 2013. Through his work on the breakfast show he has won two national radio awards. He has been in broadcasting for 15 years and has honed his talent at 6 different radio stations. Outside of radio he is also a podcast producer and award winning stand-up comedian.
