Matriculants all over the country paid a final visit to their schools today, to receive their final results.
It was sheer jubilation for many at Paarl Gimnasium Highschool, where MEC Debbie Schafer visited the top matric in the country Madeleine Dippenaar.
Various other former students spoke to Smile 90.4 FM happily posing for pictures with their report cards.
The 2019 overall pass rate for the Western Cape is 82.3%. The Western Cape achieved the highest percentage of distinctions in the country.
