Petrol-price increase expected next week

The price of petrol is expected to rise by more than 80-cents per liter in August.

According to Network 24, these price increases can be announced early next week … with petrol in Gauteng that will increase to more than 18 Rand per liter. At the coast, petrol will cost more than 17 Rand per liter.

The expectations are that 95-octane petrol will rise by 81 cents per liter… while 93-octane petrol will increase by 77 cents per liter. Diesel can become up to 47 cents per liter more expensive.
