Mufasa: The Lion King featuring Dr John Kani and Kagiso Lediga

Mufasa: The Lion King is the latest installment in the iconic Disney franchise and opens at cinemas this week. The story introduces Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets a sympathetic lion named Taka—the heir to a royal bloodline.

The story is told through the eyes of Rafiki, played by legendary South African actor Dr John Kani (older Rafiki) and Kagiso Lediga (younger Rafiki). Phil had a chance to catch up with both of them (full interviews below).
