“Gloria loves the attention, especially when I take her for a spin on any given day, she always makes people smile.”

Andrew Shadwell’s Cherry Red Morris 850 Mini was the the first one off the production line in South Africa and will be celebrating her personal 60th birthday on December 22nd. The mini was manufactured at a local auto factory in Blackheath, in August of 1959. Gloria is also the 60th oldest of her kind in the world.

Shadwell from Melkbos says, “to be in possession of any classic item is one of the best things ever, but to have a classic vehicle is something out of this world. Gloria is a special car, she makes people smile, and people will always snap a selfie with her whenever they meet her.”
