Apparently we regret 30% of the decisions we make and predict that we’ll regret about 70% of our future decisions. Some of those regrets happen before your day has started properly.

The early morning regrets and decisions our callers confessed to

Here are some of the choices our listeners made before 8am this morning that they regretted. Maybe we can learn from THEIR mistakes

1. “I asked my husband to cook tonight. I’m not looking forward to pasta, mince soup”

2. “I went to go buy one muffin but they only had a pack of six. I’ve eaten 3 already.”

3. “I ate my food I packed in the car on the way to work. It was meant for lunch.”

2. “I snoozed my alarm and it meant I got stuck in traffic.”

1. “I told my wife to ‘calm down.”

There’s no getting passed that one. You’re on your own.
