The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control had some good news for a six-year-old girl who wrote to the agency to ask if she could keep a unique pet in her backyard.

The department pre-approved Madeline’s license for a unicorn only under certain conditions of “regular access to sunlight, moonbeams and rainbows.”

We all know Maurice laughs easily but what you don’t know is how he tears up easily too! Especially after hearing this girl’s request.
