[Listen]: B4SA urges more pensioners to register for Covid-19 vaccine

Business lobby-group, Business for South Africa (B4SA) says it has intensified its efforts – in collaboration with Government and other role-players – to boost the number of pensioners who have registered for their Covid-19 vaccine.

The group says it is concerned with the large numbers of pensioners who have not yet registered for their Covi-19 vaccination.

Convenor of B4SA, Cas Coovadia says only about 1.6-million of the country’s 5.4-million pensioners have registered for their injection.

Coovadia says it is especially important for pensioners, with underlying medical conditions, to get vaccinated before the winter season arrives.
