Jesse Hess killer handed two life imprisonment terms

Cape Town police have welcomed the sentence handed down to the killer of Jesse Hess and her grandfather Chris Lategan in Parow in 2019. Hess’s cousin David Van Boven was yesterday sentenced to 2 life imprisonment terms for murder, as well as for robbery, sexual assault and fraud. His accomplice Tasliem Ambrose was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment.
