How to apply for the R350 special Covid-19 grant

Applications for the R350 Special Covid-19 Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grants will open tomorrow, 6 August, and payments are expected to be made at the end of August.

Government has set aside R27bn for the payment of the R350 grants to eligible and unemployed people. Unemployed care givers can also apply

All applications will be done electronically via the following methods:

Via the website srd.sassa.gov.za or WhatsApp on 082 046 8553 or dial *134*7737#
