Health Minister Zweli Mhkize says it is inevitable that South Africa will also will experience a second wave of covid-19 infections, but he says the country is now better prepared to deal with another surge in infections. Mhkize says the country has, in collaboration with the WHO, deployed surge-response teams to help monitor the pandemic on ground-level.
