Gupta-associate Kuben Moodley released on R150-thousand bail

The Gupta-associate, Kuben Moodley has been released on R150-thousand bail.

The matter was postponed to 28 Feb 2022.

The Investigating Directorate says Moodley, who has been accused of being a fixer for the Gupta family, was arrested late last night as he was about to leave the country.

He was arrested on charges of money laundering and also faces charges of alleged theft of funds from a Transnet Benefit Fund.
