Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis says his administration will continue to lobby the national government for more SAPS resources to help create a safer Mother City. The Mayor this past weekend paid his respects to those City-officials who lost their lives in the line of duty and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Hill-Lewis said those in uniform, continually demonstrate their commitment to residents through courage and compassion. He says it is therefore important that more resources by allocated, to help law-enforcement officials do a better job.
