Former president Jacob Zuma won’t be taking part in a Constitutional Court hearing set for the 29th of this month. Zuma’s lawyers have written to the Constitutional Court to say their client will not be participating in the proceedings. The Constitutional Court was set to hear an urgent application later this month. It was aimed at forcing the former president to testify before the state capture commission.
