COVID19: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The global COVID19 outbreak has resulted in widespread panic, with health officials across the world on high alert.

Coronavirus – a fast-moving infection originating in China – has spread to more than 80 countries and is continuing to claim lives.

While the vast majority of cases are in China, the virus, which causes pneumonia-like symptoms, is now spreading faster outside the country than within.

Smile 90.4 FM News will give regular updates several times a day, to inform listeners on the situation locally and globally, and to dispel the fake news that is doing the rounds.
