The South African Covid Business Rescue Assistance initiative has, in the past year, helped save more than 2-thousand jobs, which could have been lost due to the negative economic fall-outs of the global pandemic.

CEO at COBRA, Adam Craker, says the initiative was launched in March last year, after the announcement of the national lockdown and has, to date, assisted more than 320 South African businesses keep their doors open.

Craker says businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including the retail, automotive, and restaurant industries, benefited from the initiative.
