• 4 cups cake flour
• 1/2 teadpoon of salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 10 g instant yeast
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 beaten eggs
• 300 ml lukewarm water
The Filling
4 medium bananas sliced
200 g chocolate chips
Method
1. Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and make a well in the centre.
2. Add the oil l, the eggs and half of the water, and mix to form a soft dough. Add a little more water if need be; if it is too wet, add a small amount of flour.
3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic to the touch; about 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Place the dough back into the bowl and oil the top; cover with a clean cloth and place it in a warm place to rise to twice its size.
5. Divide the dough into 10 balls, press the balls out into a circle, place 5 circles of dough onto a flat lightly floured surface and top with chocolate chips and slices of banana, cover with the remaining circles of dough and oress the edges together to seal tightly.
6. Spray a large frying pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the breads intovtge and cook gently on both sides until the dough is cooked through about 6 minutes aside.

Top with berries, drizzel with honey and dust with icing sugar.
