Cele and top police management conduct site visit of gang rape of 8 women

Police Minister Bheki Cele and top police management have conducted a sight visit on the West Rand where 8 women were raped, allegedly by a gang of zama zamas, on a mine dump in July. Cele and the top cops, which included national police commissioner Fannie Masemola, spent the afternoon yesterday interacting with residents of West Village in Krugersdorp.
