Cape Town’s New Mayor, Geordin Hill-Lewis says it’s every resident’s responsibility to help build a clean and safe City, protect the environment and help to attract international investment.

Hill-Lewis, who was sworn in yesterday, at a council meeting, officially takes office today. He has urged residents to take a strong, no-nonsense stance against the destructive practices of illegal dumping and littering.
