Cape Town police arrest four suspects in Tokai

Cape Town police say they arrested four suspects in Tokai yesterday for being in possession of illegal firearms and ammunition.

Police officers (attached to the Flying Squad and K9 Unit) were on patrol in the neighborhood when they spotted a suspicious vehicle.

After they searched the vehicle, police found two illegal firearms, ammunition and possible house-breaking implements.

It is suspected that the suspects were about to break into a house in the area.

The four men, between the ages of 28 and 49 will appear in court in Wynberg this week.
