Cabinet has decided to further extend the National State of Disaster by a month, until 15 November. The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma says this further period will allow government a “progressive” and “responsible” return to normal. She says it will help government put measures in place to avoid a second wave of infections.
