  Two children, aged 4 and 7, have died in an informal settlement fire in Kalksteenfontein on Monday night.   According to the City of Cape Town’s Fire & Rescue Service, its teams were alerted at around 19:10 on Monday of a dwelling alight on Soetkop Street.   Jermaine Carelse, spokesperson for the City’s Fire and Rescue Service, says crews from Epping and Bellville were dispatched to the scene and found two informal structures alight.
