    A Stellenbosch Municipality staff member has been attacked in Kayamandi.   The Councillor for Ward 45 in Muizenberg, which includes Overcome Heights, Seawinds, Vrygrond, and Xakabantu, says the community is living in fear following two deadly mass shootings in the space of just a few days.   In the early hours of Wednesday morning, 13 August, four men, aged between 20 and 37, were gunned down on Mountain Road in Overcome Heights. According to police, gangsterism has not been ruled out as a possible motive.
