Two LEAP officers were arrested in Parow on Tuesday night, 13 January, on allegations that they tried to bribe a motorist. According to the City’s Law Enforcement Department, the officers pulled over a motorist in Parow on Monday night, 5 January. The motorist was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Cape Town International Airport has officially surpassed 11 million passengers in 2025, marking a historic milestone for both the airport and the Western Cape’s tourism and aviation sectors.
