If you struggle to fall asleep, perhaps it’s time to take a look at your diet… Banana. If you simply cannot fall asleep without a bedtime snack, reaching for a banana is a good bet. Bananas contain both tryptophan and potassium, which is perhaps a lesser-known sleep supporter.
