    A suspected targeted hit has claimed the life of a 30-year-old man in what police believe to be a gang-related shooting in Kuils River.   According to Western Cape Police spokesperson, Sergeant Wesley Twigg, officers were called to the crime scene at the traffic intersection on the corners of Van Riebeeck and Annandale Roads at around 19:50.     There, a man driving a Mini Cooper was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
