Another Capetonian bags all the money for cracking Ryan’s R50000 noise!

It took 7 weeks and 1 day of frustration for the Mother City to finally figure out Ryan’s latest R50 000 Noise! Martin Fourie from Plattekloof Glen is the lucky Capetonian who correctly identified the noise as “Removing the stainless steel filter from a espresso portafilter”. Listen here:

 

 

Ryan had dropped hints that the noise was recorded close by to our studios and while we got a lot of guesses involving coffee, Martin was right on the money. Here is a video of him recording the noise:
