The World Health Organization says countries around the World, should now focus on four essential priorities, to prevent the further spread of covid-19.
The four priorities, include protecting those most vulnerable to the virus, and avoiding hosting amplifying events, such as concerts and other large gatherings.
The Director-General of the WHO, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, says focus should also be placed on testing for, and isolating those with the virus, while communities should be reminded to wear their masks and regularly wash their hands.
Ghebreyesus says saving lives and defeating the virus, should be a collective, worldwide effort.
