The City of Cape Town’s Social Development and Early Childhood Development Department will be commemorating World Homeless Day on 10 October and commencing a dialogue with street people and the street people sector.
The aim of the dialogue is to engage all role players to determine the needs and provide an opportunity for closing the gaps in responding to people living on the street.
The City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Community Services and Health, Councillor Zahid Badroodien, will join the dialogue from 09:00.
