Man Stuff- Do you worry about what people think about you?

Published on

I am going to be honest this afternoon.

Do you worry about what people think of you? Because I just had that realisation recently that.. I actually do, and it’s a big negative in my life and it takes a lot to chat about it. Maar as ek terug kyk na baie dinge in my lewe wat ek wou doen, het ek dit nooit agterna gesit nie want ek was altyd bekommerd oor wat mense gaan dink.

Some warning signs that you do in fact worry too much

  • You’re afraid to say what you really think or believe.
  • You do things that you don’t really want to do and then regret it afterward.
  • You find it hard to do something different and may be too scared to do so.
  • You do what others tell you to do and find it hard to make decisions.

But what I am after, is to be, the kind and gentle and supportive man, but still stands up for what he believes and not afraid to do what he wants to do WITHOUT stepping on others, and it is possible.

Here are a few pointers to help us out

1. Think About Why You Care

2. Focus On Being In The Moment

3. Know That People Don’t Normally Care

4. Practice Self Love And Acceptance

5. Find Your Group Of People

6. Understand That You Can’t Please Everyone

7. Know That Life Is Too Short
