“Devil’s Advocate” Live at the Baxter Theatre

Stand-up comedian, SAFTA winning TV comedy writer and Smile 90.4fm Drive Time radio presenter Angel Campey is coming to the Baxter with a devil may care attitude as part of the first ever Mother City Comedy Festival. Her new comedy special, Devil’s Advocate returns from its sold out, two year run at the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown which received rave reviews and standing ovations.

Devil’s Advocate is written by Angel herself earning her a spot on the Mail and Guardian Top 200 Young South Africans list in 2018. Catch it for one night only at the Baxter Theatre – 30th March 2019 – 7.30pm. Tickets R120 on Webtickets.

The Mother City Comedy Festival is the first of its kind, showcasing South African funny talent from over 30 comedians in 28 shows – Brought to you by popular comedian and multi nominated SAFTA TV personality Siv Ngesi and Cape Town’s favourite funny man Stuart Taylor’s. Every show has been carefully selected and approved to ensure only the cream of the hilarious crop will entertain you!
