TEARS Animal Rescue has launched its Feed Hungry Pets campaign in an attempt to help low-income communities in feeding their starving pets. The country has been hit hard by constant waves of rising food, fuel and electricity prices, and domestic animals are bearing the brunt of it. Head of Fundraising, Lara Van Rensburg says the animal rescue has, over the last year, seen a 300% increase of pet owners seeking help for pet food support.
