It has been 2 and a half weeks after the deaths of 21 teenagers at the Enyobeni tavern in East London, and forensic investigations are still not completed to determine the exact cause of death. This despite reports shortly after the tragedy that toxic fumes are believed to have been emitted from a petrol generator, which may have contributed to the deaths. But these reports have not been verified, and the families are no closer to finding out what killed their children. This as the owner of the tavern has been arrested on charges of selling liquor to minors. The police’s Thembinkosi Kinana:
