A 4-day workweek in South Africa would require changes to local legislation

A local labor-law expert says even though implementing a 4-day workweek would be possible in South Africa, it would require changes to local legislation.

Cachalia says this trend has already taken off in countries such as Spain, Belgium, and Japan.
