The former director-general of the State Security Agency, Arthur Fraser has opened a criminal case against President Cyril Ramaphosa. A statement circulated on social media, issued in Fraser’s name, states the complaint relates to the alleged theft of more than 4 million US dollars, from Ramaphosa’s farm in Limpopo, with Fraser accusing the president of allegedly concealing the crime from police and tax authorities. The alleged burglary took place on 9 February 2020.
