Zandile Mafe to appear in court again on 12 May

The alleged Parliament arsonist, Zandile Mafe is set to appear in court again on 12 May after his case was again postponed this week.

Mafe briefly appeared briefly in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court yesterday and faces charges of arson & theft, among others.

The court yesterday heard that the State was still battling to conduct its investigation and damages assessment.

There are still reportedly 50 tons of water in the National Assembly.
