The lawyers of convicted killer Oscar Pistorius say they have “no option” but to go to court over his stalled parole hearing process.

But the parents of his murdered girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp aren’t convinced he’s eligible for release. Pistorius’ parole process started after the Supreme Court of Appeal last year amended its ruling on his sentence for a second time.
