Security concerns have been exacerbated by a fire that gutted large sections of Parliament, earlier this year. Also of concern is the findings contained in a report of a panel of experts appointed to probe the reasons behind the July 2021 unrest that found that factional battles within the ANC have become a serious source of instability. His speech will start at 7 o’clock.
