Sibongile Dube was arrested on Sunday after a security officer on duty at the court heard windows being smashed. The case was postponed to the 17th of this month, for a bail application and further investigation. This comes after the recent arrest of Paul Makauta, who is accused of smashing several windows and glass doors at the Constitutional Court, causing damage to the tune of R50 000. According to Makauta’s family, the growing frustration of not finding a job because of his murder conviction and parole conditions drove him to take a hammer to windows and glass doors at the Constitutional Court.
