The Western Cape Health Department says it will now implement additional strategies to take the Covid-19 vaccine to as many residents as possible.

Head of Health, Dr. Keith Cloete says the province has seen a significant decrease in people now reporting for their injection.

The province’s vaccination rate has dropped from an average of 200,000 vaccinations per week to less than 150,000 vaccinations per week.
