17-year old arrested in Delft for the possession of an illegal firearm & ammunition

Cape Town police say they arrested a 17-year old in Delft this week for being in possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.

Police were acting on a tip-off from members of the community after four suspects were reportedly robbing residents in the neighbourhood.

Spokesperson for the police force, Captain Frederick Van Wyk.
