Western Cape Education MEC, Debbie Schäfer has encouraged Matriculants, who qualify for a covid-19 inoculation, to get the jab as soon as possible.

Schäfer says getting vaccinated before the upcoming matric exams, would help lessen disruptions in the examination schedule. She says the WCED is working with the provincial Health Department to roll out the vaccines to eligible Matriculants.
