Western Cape Covid-19 death toll rises to 19,011

The province’s Covid-19 death toll has risen to 19,011 deaths.

This is an increase of 53 deaths since yesterday.

There are currently more than 2,700 residents in Western Cape hospitals for covid-related complications.

604 patients are in high-care units.
