2,957 traffic fines issued in last week of July 2021

Western Cape Traffic Authorities issued close to 3-thousand fines for various traffic offences in the last week of July 2021.

2,957 fines were issued, totaling more than R2.58-million.

Traffic officials also impounded 24 vehicles, while 63 vehicles were discontinued for being unroadworthy.

A total of 166 speeding offences were recorded.
