The Western Cape vaccination rate has risen to 486 600

The Western Cape Health Department says it has already vaccinated more than 394-thousand residents, over the age of 60.

Pensioners are vaccinated with the two-dose Pfizer vaccine.

The Western Cape vaccination-figure has now risen to 486 thousand-600 vaccinations.

(Phase 1A: 91 732 + Phase 1B & 2: 394 868).
