More than 100 000 people in the education sector have been vaccinated in just 2 days.

The Department of Basic Education says 105 000 people in the sector have been vaccinated by yesterday. The majority of the vaccinations were administered in KwaZulu-Natal, which has managed to inoculate 32.1% of its target population. It was followed by Mpumalanga with 26% and the North West with 22%. So far in the Western Cape, more than 3 400 educators have been inoculated against the virus.
