Suspended ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule could be hauled before the ANC’s disciplinary committee for his “unbecoming, divisive and defiant” behaviour around former president Jacob Zuma’s court appearance last week.

In a statement, the ANC condemned the behaviour of Magashule, together with national executive committee member Tony Yengeni and Carl Niehaus, a staffer in Magashule’s office and Umkhonto weSize Military Veterans spokesperson. The former president is due back in court today, facing corruption charges.
